The Night Vision Techwear Glasses are wraparound goggles with a green tinted lens, a black plastic frame and two small LED lamps that glow blue at the temples. The name comes from their night-vision goggle look: the shape, the side lamps and the green screen give an instant cyberpunk mask effect on the face.
The frame and lens are plastic. A wide elastic strap goes around the head, and the small box at the back of the strap carries the on/off switch for the lights. Wear them over the eyes, pushed up on the forehead like a headband, or hanging around the neck: the lamps stay visible in every position. The lens is tinted, not a vision device, and the goggles are sold as a style accessory.
They finish a rave, festival or cosplay outfit, and work well for photos and videos with a futuristic mood. Pair them with an oversized tee, a choker and a denim jacket, or go full dark techwear with a black hoodie. Do the lights turn off? Yes, the switch on the box at the back of the strap turns the blue LED lamps on and off.
