We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
We provide free return shipping on eligible returns.
A prepaid return label will be provided except for handmade or made-to-order products.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition you received it
Unworn and unused
With all tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Because many of our items are produced in small batches or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues for customers outside the EU.
We encourage customers to refer to our size charts and contact us before purchasing if uncertain about sizing.
For customers located in the European Union:
Under EU consumer law, you may return your order within 14 days, including sizing issues, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
This legal right overrides size-related exclusions only for EU orders.
Take clear photos showing the defect or issue.

If eligible, we will send you a prepaid return label.
For eligible returns (excluding size-related issues for non-EU customers), you may choose:
Exchange for the same item (if available)
Exchange for another product of equal value
Full refund to your original payment method
Size exchanges are not supported for non-EU orders.
If your package is lost during transit, contact us immediately. We will reship a replacement at no additional cost.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
We do not accept returns for:
Handmade products
Made-to-order products
Gift cards
Size-related issues (non-EU customers)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
This right does not apply to made-to-order items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations must be justified and requested as soon as possible.
Once an order enters production or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
