Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (depending on availability and high-volume periods). Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

What is your returns policy?
Faulty, damaged or wrong item? We replace it or refund you, free, anywhere in the world — just email us photos. Change of mind or size: accepted only for orders delivered in the EU, EEA or UK (14-day legal right of withdrawal). Please check the size chart before ordering. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Shipping is free on all orders, to every country we deliver to.
What if my item(s) arrive damaged?
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us with a photo. We will send a free replacement or refund you.
