- Shoulder: across the back, from one shoulder seam to the other, on a top that fits you.
- Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to the cuff, on a top that fits you.
- Length: from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem, on a piece that fits you.
- Compare with a garment you already own and like the fit of.
- Measured by hand: allow 1-2 cm of variation.
