A vest usually leaves the neck exposed. This one does not: the Turtleneck Techwear Vest carries a high collar straight into a sleeveless body, so you get coverage where the cold actually reaches without the bulk of a sleeve.
Built in polyester, it holds its shape over a long-sleeve base layer and keeps its line rather than bunching at the shoulder.
It works as a mid layer more than an outer one, sitting cleanly under a coat when the temperature drops.
