14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Free Return Shipping
Except for custom-made products, we provide free return shipping. We will send you a prepaid return label.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Simplified Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Take clear photos of the product highlighting the issue or defect.
- Send us an explanation of the problem along with the photos at contact@cyber-techwear.com.
Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a free return shipping label (when applicable).
Options for Returns
Upon receiving your return, you have the following options:
- Exchange for an Equivalent Item: You can exchange your product for the same item, if available.
- Exchange for a Different Size: If the issue is related to sizing, you can exchange the product for a different size, if available.
- Exchange for Another Item: You can choose a different product of equal value.
- Full Refund: If none of the above options suit your needs, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Lost Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will reship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
