1. Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but please be aware that processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. In the event of a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Made-to-Order Items

Some of our products, including certain jewelry pieces, jackets, and masks, are made to order. Creation of these items may take up to 15 business days or more before they are dispatched. This information will be clearly displayed in the product descriptions for such items. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create these unique pieces specifically for you.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times provided below are estimates and not guaranteed. Please note that these estimates are based on typical transit times and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as local holidays, customs processes, or logistical issues.

• United States: 10 to 21 business days
• Canada: 14 to 27 business days
• Europe: Approximately 14 business days
• United Kingdom: Approximately 1 week
• Asia: 14 to 21 business days
• Other Countries: 14 to 21 business days

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of the email being sent.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that Cyber Techwear sources its products from suppliers located around the world. As a result, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. Cyber Techwear is not responsible for these charges, and all such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of your specific country, and we are unable to estimate or control these costs. 6. Damages and Loss

Cyber Techwear shall not be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. The risk of loss and damages passes to the customer upon delivery of the products to the shipment carrier. If you receive a damaged product, we recommend contacting the shipment carrier directly to file a claim as soon as possible. It is essential that you retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods until any claim has been resolved, as they may be necessary for the claims process.
