This giveaway is organized by Onoiko OÜ, registered in Estonia.

2. Promotion

These Official Giveaway Rules apply to promotional giveaways organized by Cyber Techwear on cyber-techwear.com, unless stated otherwise in specific promotional materials.

Each individual giveaway may be presented on the website, by email, through the newsletter, or on Cyber Techwear’s official social media channels, together with any campaign-specific details such as the promotion period, the number of winners, or the prize description.

3. Eligibility

This promotion is open to natural persons who, at the time of entry:

  • are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher;
  • have a valid email address;
  • are legal residents of a jurisdiction where this promotion is lawful.

The promotion is not open to:

  • employees, directors, officers, or agents of Onoiko OÜ;
  • immediate family members or household members of such persons;
  • residents of jurisdictions where the promotion is prohibited, restricted, or would require registration, bonding, filing, licensing, or other formalities not completed by the Sponsor.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

4. Promotion Period

The applicable promotion period for each giveaway will be stated in the relevant promotional materials published by Cyber Techwear, including on the website, newsletter, email campaigns, or official social channels.

Entries submitted before or after the stated promotion period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry.

A. Entry by Purchase

During the applicable promotion period, each eligible completed order placed on cyber-techwear.com counts as one (1) entry, unless otherwise stated in the promotional materials.

An eligible completed order means:

  • an order placed during the stated promotion period;
  • successfully paid;
  • not canceled;
  • not refunded in full before winner confirmation;
  • not identified as fraudulent, abusive, automated, or in violation of the store’s Terms of Service.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry

To enter without making a purchase, send an email to contact@cyber-techwear.com during the applicable promotion period with the subject line:

Your email must include:

  • full name;
  • email address;
  • country of residence;
  • the statement:
    “I wish to enter the Cyber Techwear giveaway without purchase.”

Each valid free entry email counts as one (1) entry.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion, a participant may submit up to one (1) valid free entry per calendar day during the applicable promotion period.

6. Entry Limits

  • Purchase entries: one (1) entry per eligible order, unless otherwise stated.
  • Free entries: maximum one (1) valid free entry email per person per calendar day during the applicable promotion period, unless otherwise stated.
  • Multiple entries are permitted only as expressly allowed under these Rules or the relevant promotional materials.
  • Use of bots, scripts, fake accounts, fake identities, bulk submissions, or automated methods is prohibited.
  • Entries generated by fraud, manipulation, or technical abuse may be disqualified.

7. Prize

The prize for each giveaway will be described in the relevant promotional materials published by Cyber Techwear.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • the prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash;
  • size, color, or variant may be subject to availability;
  • if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute it with a product of equal or greater retail value.

Any approximate retail value, where relevant, may be stated in the corresponding promotional materials.

8. Winner Selection

Unless otherwise stated, the winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the applicable promotion period.

The draw will take place within a reasonable time after the promotion period ends.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted:

  • by email, using the email address associated with the winning entry; and
  • may also be announced through the Cyber Techwear newsletter.

The Sponsor may additionally announce the winner using limited identifying information only, such as:

  • first name;
  • first letter of last name;
  • city or country,

unless prohibited by applicable law.

If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of the first notification attempt, or is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete any required verification, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner by a new random draw.

10. Canadian Residents

If the selected winner is a resident of Canada, the winner may be required, where applicable, to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the official winner.

11. Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, the Sponsor will cover the cost of standard shipping of the prize.

The winner is solely responsible for:

  • any customs duties;
  • import taxes;
  • VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charges;
  • local clearance fees;
  • any other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

The Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, customs delays, failed delivery due to incorrect address details, or restrictions imposed by local law.

12. No Purchase / No Increase in Chances

Where required by applicable law, no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase a participant’s chances of winning.

If any local law would impose additional requirements, restrictions, filings, disclosures, or prohibitions on a giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right to restrict or void participation from that jurisdiction.

13. Disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify any participant who:

  • violates these Official Rules;
  • provides false or misleading information;
  • attempts to tamper with the entry process;
  • engages in fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unfair conduct;
  • attempts to gain an unfair advantage;
  • places orders solely for manipulation of the promotion and then cancels or refunds them in bad faith.

14. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Any order that is:

  • canceled,
  • fully refunded,
  • charged back,
  • or flagged as fraudulent

before winner confirmation may be removed from eligibility.

If a winning purchase entry is later found to have been canceled, refunded, or fraudulently submitted, the Sponsor may void that winning entry and select an alternate winner.

15. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use the winner’s first name, first initial of last name, city, country, and any voluntary testimonial, photo, or message provided by the winner for promotional purposes related to the giveaway, including on the website, email newsletter, and social media, without additional compensation.

16. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with a giveaway will be used solely for:

  • administering the promotion;
  • verifying eligibility;
  • contacting the winner;
  • delivering the prize;
  • and, where separately consented to, sending marketing communications.

Entering a giveaway does not automatically subscribe a person to marketing emails unless that person has separately opted in.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor shall not be liable for:

  • late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or technically faulty entries;
  • email delivery failures;
  • website outages;
  • payment provider issues;
  • internet failures;
  • platform interruptions;
  • unauthorized human intervention;
  • or any other technical or administrative issue affecting the promotion.

The Sponsor shall also not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

18. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel

If a giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, legal constraints, force majeure, platform issues, or any cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion, provided that any such action is taken in a fair and legally compliant manner.

19. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of a participant’s country of residence.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Winner Information

To request winner information, participants may contact contact@cyber-techwear.com within a reasonable period after the relevant giveaway has ended.
