Official Rules — Cyber Techwear April 2026 Giveaway

This giveaway is organized by Onoiko OÜ, registry code 16677644, registered in Estonia, with its registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Herne tn 7-3, 10135, Estonia.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on April 10, 2026 at 00:00 (EEST) and ends on April 30, 2026 at 23:59 (EEST).

Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. Eligibility

This promotion is open to natural persons who, at the time of entry:

are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher;
have a valid email address;
are legal residents of a jurisdiction where this promotion is lawful.

The promotion is not open to:

employees, directors, officers, or agents of Onoiko OÜ;
any immediate family member or household member of such persons;
residents of jurisdictions where this giveaway is prohibited, restricted, or would require registration, bonding, filing, translation, local licensing, or any other formal step that the Sponsor has not completed.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

5. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry.

A. Entry by Purchase

During the Promotion Period, each eligible completed order placed on cyber-techwear.com counts as one (1) entry, subject to these Official Rules.

An eligible completed order means:

an order placed during the Promotion Period;
successfully paid;
not canceled;
not refunded in full before winner confirmation;
not identified as fraudulent, abusive, automated, or in violation of the store’s Terms of Service.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry

To enter without making a purchase, send an email to contact@cyber-techwear.com during the Promotion Period with the subject line:

April Giveaway Entry

Your email must include:

full name;
email address;
country of residence;
the statement:
“I wish to enter the Cyber Techwear April 2026 Giveaway without purchase.”

Each valid free entry email counts as one (1) entry.

To preserve equal access where required by law, a participant may submit up to one (1) valid free entry per calendar day during the Promotion Period, for a maximum of 30 free entries per person.

6. Entry Limits

Purchase entries: one (1) entry per eligible order.
Free entries: maximum one (1) valid free entry email per person per calendar day during the Promotion Period.
Multiple entries are permitted only as expressly allowed under these Rules.
Use of bots, scripts, macros, fake accounts, fake identities, bulk submissions, or any automated means is prohibited.
Entries generated by fraud, manipulation, or technical abuse may be disqualified.

7. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The prize is:

one (1) black Cyber Techwear hoodie with red graphics, corresponding to the hoodie displayed in the April giveaway promotional materials and product visuals.

Prize conditions:

size is subject to availability at the time the winner confirms their shipping details;
prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash;
if the exact prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute it with the same item in another available size or, if truly unavailable, with an item of equal or greater retail value.

The approximate retail value should be understood as the public selling price of the prize item on the Sponsor’s website at the time the winner is confirmed.

8. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on or about May 3, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted:

by email, using the email address associated with the winning entry; and
may also be announced in the Cyber Techwear newsletter.

The Sponsor may additionally announce the winner using only limited identifying information, such as:

first name;
first letter of last name;
country or city/country,

unless prohibited by applicable law.

If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of the first notification attempt, or is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete any required verification, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner by a new random draw.

10. Canadian Residents

If the selected winner is a resident of Canada, the winner may be required, where applicable, to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the official winner.

11. Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

The Sponsor will cover the cost of standard shipping of the prize.

The winner is solely responsible for:

any customs duties;
import taxes;
VAT/GST/sales tax;
local clearance fees;
any other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

The Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, customs delays, failed delivery due to incorrect address details, or seizure/restrictions imposed by local law.

12. No Purchase / No Increase in Chances

Where required by applicable law, no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase a participant’s chances of winning.

If any local law would impose additional requirements, restrictions, filings, disclosures, or prohibitions on this promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right to restrict or void participation from that jurisdiction.

13. Disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify any participant who:

violates these Official Rules;
provides false or misleading information;
attempts to tamper with the entry process;
engages in fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unsportsmanlike conduct;
attempts to gain an unfair advantage;
places orders solely for manipulation of the promotion and then cancels or refunds them in bad faith.

14. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Any order that is:

canceled,
fully refunded,
charged back,
or flagged as fraudulent

before winner confirmation may be removed from eligibility.

If a winning purchase entry is later found to have been canceled, refunded, or fraudulently submitted, the Sponsor may void that winning entry and select an alternate winner.

15. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use the winner’s first name, first initial of last name, city, country, and a statement or photo voluntarily provided by the winner for promotional purposes related to this giveaway, including on the website, email newsletter, and social media, without additional compensation.

16. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for:

administering the promotion;
verifying eligibility;
contacting the winner;
delivering the prize;
and, where separately consented to, sending marketing communications.

Entering this giveaway does not automatically subscribe a person to marketing emails unless that person has separately opted in.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Sponsor’s applicable Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor shall not be liable for:

late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or technically faulty entries;
email delivery failures;
website outages;
payment provider issues;
internet failures;
platform interruptions;
unauthorized human intervention;
or any other technical or administrative issue affecting the promotion.

The Sponsor also shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

18. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel

If this promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, legal constraints, force majeure, platform issues, or any cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion, provided that any such action is taken in a fair and legally compliant manner.

19. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of a participant’s country of residence.

Any dispute relating to this promotion shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and competent jurisdiction rules, including any mandatory consumer forum rights that cannot be waived.
